A recent study by Mouse2House posted through Marketing Sherpa proved a few of the parameters we've highlighted in the past that lead to email marketing success. It is all not surprising to us, but deserves to be mentioned again,as here we have one more piece of evidence that it is true.   • BE THE EXPERT, first and foremost. Thus, you will not need to contemplate whether to resend or not, since you will have MORE opens, reads & clicks. (Priority: 5)
  • Don't resend to non-opens who are likely to block images, thus disable tracking ability. i.e. GMail and YAHOO block images in HTML emails. (Priority: 3)
  • Don't resend more than once per month, no matter what. (Priority: 3)
